Garlic Red Potatoes

What You Need:
2 lbs red potatoes, diced
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

How to Cook it:
Preheat oven to 350
Place potatoes in 8x8 baking dish
In small bowl combine: melted butter, garlic, salt and lemon juice; pour over potatoes and stir to coat.
Sprinkle parmesan over potatoes
Bake covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
